Display
Based on the familiar and popular Google maps interface, your users will immediately feel at home with Zubed. Our accurate geocoding enables the mapping of any spatial data on maps or satellite imagery.
Data relating to a specific location can be pin-marked on the map, whilst data relating to an area can be easily represented as such in Zubed’s patch and contour heatmap views. These views and the representation of data can be customised, and the whole display branded, as required.
Control
The value of location intelligence is in being able to manipulate the display, the data selection, search and filtering criteria, to answer questions, solve problems and make decisions. The Zubed toolset includes modules that enable flexible control over the data that is extracted from your dataset.
Selection tools allow for the limiting of results by search criteria or categorisation. These tools may be pre-defined or may be created on-the-fly based on previous search activities.
Importantly, data displayed on Zubed’s mapping is not static. Once you have identified a particular result set you can zoom in to view it in more detail, click to view individual data values and, even more powerfully, you can select an area of the map, or group of results, for deeper analysis. These drag tools allow for the displaying of raw, or processed data, in tabular of graphical form or to export it for further analysis using other tools, or to print and work on independently.
These tools also integrate with the federated search module, where company URL's can be associated. This allows for the unique analysis of these web sites using Zubed’s powerful deep web search tools.
Communication
Zubed includes a unique field communications capability. Organisations such as local Government or aid charities can use this to enable field workers, or the public, to place reports directly onto a map by simply clicking on a location, typing their message and uploading a photograph. These become immediately accessible to the organisation’s analysts, together with prioritisation, date search, and geolocation.
These reports can be supplemented with intelligence from any RSS news feed. Semantic analysis identifies those reports of relevance and maps them to their relevant global location. Alerts can be added for the proactive reporting to individuals of key intelligence.
Integration
Zubed’s location intelligence tools can be applied to your data, regardless of whether it is in a fixed data file, requiring independent hosting, whether it exists in a live database, or whether it is integral to a business intelligence system. Customised workflow processes can also be integrated using Microsoft Sharepoint.
Zubed can support interfacing via periodic uploads / caching, web services or API's, as appropriate. Our staff will work with you to optimise the architecture of your Zubed implementation for speed and currency.
